HOW DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?

You will receive another email notification that your order is ready for pick up between 9AM-5PM. It typically takes 4-7 business days for your order to be fulfilled.

** YOUR ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE ORDER BEING FULFILLED.

CAN I PLACE MY ORDER ONLINE AND PICK UP IN-STORE?

If you want to pick up in-store, DO NOT submit your order request here and instead check out with the store manager.

CAN I MAKE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

You can submit your request by physically returning your item to customer service at HQ, or the store manager if your request came from retail.

** YOUR ITEMS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE WITHIN 5 DAYS OF THE ORDER BEING FULFILLED.

WHAT IF I WANT TO ORDER NON ELIGIBLE ITEMS?

Non eligible items include leather items, exotic materials, fur, jewelry, special limited QTY collections (i.e. Retouche and vintage, coffee, cigars, collaborations.

If you would like to order non eligible items:

  1. You must place a separate order using your personal email address.
  2. You may not use your benefits card.
  3. You will pay for shipping fees.
  4. You may use your Employee 40% off discount code.

If you do not follow these steps, your order will be put on hold for review and your order may be delayed.

DOES MY BENEFITS CODE EXPIRE?

Yes, you may only use your benefits code within the alloted time. Once you have past this time, your code will be disabled.

WHAT IF I HAVE A BALANCE THAT'S NOT ENOUGH FOR MY ORDER?

For HQ pick up, please reach out to Finance to send you an invoice for the balance you owe. For in-store pick up, the store managers will check out out to pay the amount due. Your 40% discount will be applied to the amount due separate from your benefits card balance.
