We at the Gallery Department are devoted to quality. Many of our products are vintage, pre-distressed, and hand made, making each unique with subtle variances.

In-Store Returns

Items sold at special promotional pricing are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Our return for exchange policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange. We provide in-store exchange for in-store purchases only. Returns for online purchases must be requested through our online return portal available on the site. Items may not be returned to the original payment method.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with proof of purchase.

Online Returns
For purchases made online, your item(s) are returnable within 7 days from delivery for credit or exchange only. Visit our returns portal here.

All items being returned must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached. Items may not be returned to the original payment method.
